Challenge and Objectives

Through a phenomenally successful sales growth period, Sage Appliances were aware of an opportunity to maximise the value of their customer returns and excess stock to help them meet both financial and sustainability objectives.

There was clearly a demand for refurbished appliances on marketplaces and therefore they needed a partner to facilitate the processing of this stock and provide a route to market.

Sage also required a partner who could assist with fulfilment, marketplace management, including listings development through promotions and competitive data analysis and full customer care.

To assist sales, an authorised brand and certified refurbished agreement were made with eBay product management enabling great coordination on promotional and sponsorship opportunities.
