The service has been branded as idoocommerce which is a development of our direct to consumer brand idooka. idooka was chosen as our brand as it is an amalgamation of ‘i’ for internet and ‘dooka’ – which is Swahili for a local, friendly corner shop with an interesting and eclectic range of product.
We have capitalised on our longstanding relationships with multiple marketplaces to guarantee a managed ecommerce solution including; inventory management, listing development, product management (pricing, promotions and positioning), fulfilment and customer care.
By analysing results continuously we fully manage the visibility of our partners’ products on marketplaces allowing them to concentrate on their own sales activities.

As part of our evolution we have rebranded our marketplace presence under the identify of idoodirect, again an extension of our idooka concept outlined above.
